THE OTHER DAY IN THE HERALD SUN PAPER THERE WAS AN ARTICLE ABOUT A GUY WHO KICKED REPEATEDLY HIS 15 WEEK OLD SIBERIAN HUSKY PUPPY SO BAD THAT HE BROKE THE PUPPYS LEG SO BAD IT WAS COMPLETELYIN HALF. ALL BECAUSE THE PUPPY POOPED IN THE GUYS INNER CITY HIGH RISE APARTMENT.THAT CRIME CARRIES A JAIL SENTENCE A 10 YEAR BAN ON OWNING AN ANIMAL AND A SIGNIFICANT FINE.THIS CRUEL BARSTARD GOT A 10 YR BAN AND NO JAIL TIME AND NO FINE. NOT EVEN AFTER HE LEFT THE DOG FOR OVER 9 HRS LYING IN ITS OWN FAECES SCREAMING IN PAIN. APBT & AB'S lover

Here in the UK just like any other country you can buy a pet as easy as buying a burger. In the UK you do not even need a permit to own one any more.
Mabe there should be like a heavy permit fee or pet yearly M.O.T just like your car to check it ok.
As there are knob heads in all walks of life rich and poor there is no easy fix.
Mabe if pets payed taxes they may get a say but as they don't they won't. So will just have to hope there are people like you and me out there to write the wrongs.

I work in the building trade doing maintance work in socal housing driving around in a white van full of parts putting houses back together.

That just kills me, I hate animal abuse and the stupid crap faces should never ever be able to own a pet ever again and go to jail 4 life, or be killed. WHY DO THAT?!?! HURT A DEFENCLESS LITTLE ANIMAL?!? YOUR INSANE!!!

I dog fancy I read this story this dog was beaten by 4 teens with a bats the teens broke her 2 back legs. And when the owner saw her she thoght she was not worthy of a pet so sheleft the dog in her back yard to die but luckly someone found her and took her,to the animal hospital,and a lady adopted her.
