Any beardie owners?

What type of substrates do you guys use if you have beardies? Or any other reptiles for that manner. I just want to weight out the different types people use. I know people say the harshest things about substrates they haven't even tried. Honestly I've tried them all, even particles. I've never really had any problems. But for clenliness issues, I've come to grow fond of reptile carpet.
