Does anyone here at PetsDo like or dislike clothes on dogs?

I have a few shirts but nothing fancy. The seniors where mommy takes me get a real kick out of seeing me with my shirt and hat from Australia. I got used to wearing a shirt when I broke my arm and had to have three pins put in my bones. The doctor put a shirt on me to keep me from licking my stitches and I got used to them. Also it sometimes gets pretty cold here and because I am so lean, I don't have much fat on me to keep me warm. So a shirt helps some.

I really don't like those lap dogs that people dress up and spoil.

Lean dogs benefit from a shirt or sweater in the winter because of their lack of fat reserves. booties are good for keeping pads dry and warm in the winter too. Me and Abby are so lean that we need a little extra help staying warm in the winter when we go out for our walks but Lilly and Gunner don't need anything extra. Doggie cloths have there needs sometimes but mommy and daddy don't take it to far like some people do.

I think it is good for snow dogs to have booties.
