Mommy was going to give all of it to the shelter but daddy said no. He wanted her so only give half so she could use the money to buy copies to give away to the library, schools, and places like that.

Mommy is working on a flyer to put in our local shelter. The main reason she is donating to them is because they are a no-kill shelter. As much as we would love to bring all the doggies home with us, we can't. This way they can at least eat good food while they wait for their forever home. Mommy is even thinking of volunteering there but she has to wait and see what is going to happen at her work. She does not want to have to quit because her hours change.

Thanks Buck! I know it's not glamirous but, it's helping animals and I'm all for that! It just kills me to see animals aboused and starved to death! I wish people would adopt more often! Also I think their should be more no-kill shelters around my area.
Like they say "Adopt don't shop!"
P.S On Wensday I work in the small animal area and on Thursdays I work in the dog\cat area. I just love helping animals!
I think I'll buy your book for the kids i baby-sit. :)
