I'm assuming Dakota was the Pittie in your picture?
That just breaks my heart, it really does. APBT's are my favorite breed, and they go through so much descrimination :( It's just not right. I bet part of the reason he shot so fast (and so many times) was because of her breed. That is just so sick. I would deffinitely sue them, and charge them with descrimination as well.
Honestly, if that happened to me, I would be in prison right now... for taking his head off with a shovel. Although it would be too quick for what that guy deserves.
Anyway, sorry for getting worked up, but this really bothers me. I'll be signing the petition right away. Good luck with everything, and make him suffer as much as possible.
