Shrek & FiFi (Fiona)

In this Tropical Aquarium Set Up there is 2 African Dwarf Clawed Frogs (DCF) and 10 tropical fish. I don't know what I did wrong but all of the fish died within a few days and the male DCF (Shrek) died 15/01/10. Now I just have the female FiFi (aka Fiona). Shrek died by over-eating and bloating up, he was floating around the top of the water for a few days then eventually died. FiFi died a few months later, she cut her side open on something and after a matter of hours she was dead. :(
