no they just like lab retrievers or ur german shepard should never be left locked up in a room ignored .u dont do that to children (ok some sickos do and have it justified thinking they need to put their misbehaved brat in place etc)but u dont do that to a dog or cat after a half hopur they react the same way/my fox never acts like that nor do i ever ignore him or lock him up!!!!!!! thats whats wromng.so if u r going to say that then set ur dog free slavekeeper!!!!!!!!!!!!

ur cool i like u .thats what i did fenced in my yard -on the top as well foxs are tiny n helpless like domestic cats so if a bigger creature climbs over the fence u could get ur fox mauled so dont forget the fencing on all sides and above ,give the fox as mutch space as you can.i gave hima cat door so he can hide in th rock garden in the yard(he is used to the desert so dont give a garden) they are very prone to worms like labs and are playful and needy like lbrador puppies are.they are also high strong.in captivity the get very attatched to their owner as they are used to a ten fox family in the wild.they keep to the,mselves and are very attatched to family only.i never leave mine alone louis cypher comes with me to work.but dont leave alone in the yard.i have the fenced in area in half half i made an indoor greenhouse so i do nr have to bother with flea formula etc.brewers yeast takes care of that sprinkle a little in his food but it wont protect fully so when u let him run free in the yard be there watching him.he is likea ferret and will get into everything.also he can dig and get out easily bury the fence at least three feet underground or he will dig his way out to only get eaten by the neighborhood dog or stray cat.so my fox is alwasy safe inside unless im with him.the greenhoiuse has a fountain indoor rock garden and the plants he love sto eat in the wild.he is very happy this way.he has a type pf freedom yet protected from the elements.they die easy from infection worms etc not so mutch predators in the wild.they hide well.sly as a fox yeah its a fox dont forget he will hide right in front of u.he will feel free this way but not be totally free where he is unprotected.he mostly hangs in the greenhouse when im not home like up tthe street at the store or busy doing something in the home.then he comes right in to get on my lap for affection or bring one of his balls to play.so take the time to know all you can think ahead on this and set up as mutch as u can to provide for his needs.they seem like scurrying rodents but they are alot like high strung cats and dogs all im one.best wishes and luck treat em right n dont do what that stupid asshole did and lock it up in a room likea play toy u have no interest in at that time of day etc.see how cruel that is.......

You can all make a judgment call on how horrible this is from a minute and forty seconds of their life? I think that's a bit harsh. We don't know enough of the situation to make such statements. Yes, this video is a little sad, but let's ask some questions before making such comments.
We don't know the whole story here. If you all saw a video of my cat trying desperately to get outside at 10pm, you'd think that's sad too. But we live on a busy street and people speed down it at night. I'm not going to let my cat get killed because he doesn't understand the danger. He gets to go outside on a leash which I trained him too when he was a kitten. From a short video made at night, you would not know these things and judge the life of my cat poorly. Please take this into consideration. I'm sure you could all think of situations that are similar in your lived.
Cats and dogs were wild once also, this is how you domesticate animals, you breed them in captivity for a few hundred years. If you don't agree with having wild animals as pets, then please have no pets. If you disagree with domesticating new animals, then simply say so. I personally think women who carry dogs in their purses are silly, but I don't tell them they are horrible people and call them names for it either.

No one ever trained a dog or cat by putting them in a can' cats and dogs became tame and pets only through trust.
If you have a pet and you open the door and it runs away its not a pet but just a caged animal as you would find in a zoo.
People keep this type of animal more as a trophy to show there mates rather than a pet.
They can never be let outside where they belong like you can with a cat or dog' only to spend its life in some knob heads apartment stressed and frustrated for the rest of its life.
This is not domesticating a animal only imprisoning it' maybe this is why me and most real pet lovers leave the comments like we do.

louis never gets left alone he comes with me to wokr where i work security and check car stickers that pull in or call the owners to clear letting guests in the complex.i sit in my own booth w my lil papouse bag wrapped around the front unlike a backpack and there he is.he knows he is loved and doesnt squirm or struggle to get out unless a person goess awww how cute and reaches to pet him the he will struggle to stick his neck out further to be pet cus he loves being pet and people.later in my shift it is morning and this lil girl who lives in the building whos parents permitted and know me-she comes by to take my lil lolusi cypher(louis is short for louis cypher" yeah lucifer.but my friend aint the devil so his name is luces "louis cypher" mortem and he answers tp foxy.cus i had alot of fun naming him and oh yeah like ozzy osbourne and me ,louis does not worship the devil so dont be folled with his and my haloween shtick cus luces is a sweetheart who loves affection and catching tiny balls! so be mindful that he is happier than ever in the desert in africa where he is from hiding from predators) his title is tuanhkamun cus he rules and always comes first in my home!
